Djinja-C ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Djinja-C desktop application and website.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).

Usage data: We collect anonymised analytics about feature usage, session duration, and crash reports to improve the product.

Screen capture data: Djinja-C uses real-time screen capture to provide AI coaching. Screenshots are processed transiently via encrypted API calls to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) and are never stored, logged, or retained by Djinja-C or any third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Djinja-C service
• To process subscriptions and payments
• To send essential service communications (e.g. billing receipts, security alerts)
• To improve product quality through anonymised analytics
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Screen content is sent via encrypted API calls for AI inference. Anthropic does not retain input data for model training under our commercial agreement.
• Payment processors: Stripe or equivalent, for subscription billing.
• Analytics: Anonymised, aggregated usage data only.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Screen capture data is never stored beyond the duration of a single API call.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Export your data in a portable format

The Djinja-C desktop application does not use cookies. Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for authentication and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
