Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Djinja-C desktop application and related services operated by Djinja-C ("we", "our", "us"), founded by Carlos Morecrofts. By using Djinja-C, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Djinja-C is a Windows desktop application that provides AI-powered coaching for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professionals. The application uses real-time screen capture combined with Claude AI to deliver contextual guidance while you work in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Djinja-C. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

3. Subscription Plans

Djinja-C offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Studio, and Enterprise. Plan features and pricing are described on our website and may change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service to process or transmit malicious content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

Djinja-C and all associated branding, code, and content are the property of Djinja-C. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for its intended purpose.

Content you create or input while using Djinja-C remains yours. We claim no ownership over your project files, screenshots, or documents.

6. AI-Generated Content

Djinja-C provides AI-generated suggestions, code snippets, and coaching. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it in professional work.

7. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Djinja-C available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided via email at carlos@djinja-c.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Djinja-C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
